Sign-Up and Installation

• Sign up for web-based PiMS and your practice management system and can be live today! Within 15 minutes you can be loading your physicians and appointment orders. Within a few hours, you can start registering and scheduling patients!
• PiMS will automatically start gathering financial information and preparing claims. 
  
• The claims clearinghouse, ENS, will contact you to set up your claims submission account. Once you have your account, you can start submitting claims--usually within 1-2 business days.
  
• Minimum installation fees give you 30-days of email and telephone support to ensure your success.

• PiMS requires ONLY a computer and access to the internet via broadband.
  
• No costly servers, databases, software are needed.

Minimal Monthly Fees

• Minimal monthly fees based on concurrent signed-on user (not authorized users or by workstation). You do not need to pay for users that use the system occasionally.

Security and Privacy

• PiMS has strict password requirements, a minimal of 6 characters are required.  Users are required to change their passwords regularly and passwords cannot be reused.
• PiMS will also sign off automatically when the system is not used.
• Audit reports are available showing patient access. These reports are available real-time and can be used to satisfy the HIPAA Privacy regulations.
