Real-Time Reporting

The Real Time Reporting launches from PiMS or can be accessed from any web browser. Based on the PiMS user ID, reports are included or excluded. The entity must match the user's security before data is presented on the report. For example, if the user has access to print an ATB and they have access to the Western Region only, data for the Western Region only will be included in the report.

Management Reports Daily Cycle

PiMS Management reports differ from the online real-time reports in that they are scheduled to run on a daily basis. For each report you decide where the report is active, whether it is printed (printed reports are also available online for viewing), the number of reports to hold, the relative day it should be printed, the routing to special printers, the font style and the page orientation.

For the relative day you can specify every day, every business day, the day of the week, the day of the month, quarterly, semi-annual, and more.

If a report was flagged as active, the report can be viewed online. After selecting the type of report, a list of actual reports with the run dates is displayed. When a specific report is selected, the PiMS Viewer is launched. You can search, print, and view the actual report.
