The View Resource Booking Days by Group function is used to see the days that the group’s resources either has availability defined or has appointments scheduled.
Summary totals are provided showing the number of appointment slots that were originally defined and the number remaining to be scheduled.
To View Booking Days by Group:

Select Resource Booking Days by Group from the Scheduling Views menu.

Enter the start date and group you want to view.

Enter the type of resource you want to view if applicable and click OK.

When you finish reviewing the information, click Cancel.
