View Alternate Account Charges

You use the View Alternate Account Charges function to display a list of charges that have bundled to another account for alternate billing.
To view charges on an alternate billing account:

Select View Alternate Account Charges from the Account/Alternate Billing menu.

Enter the "From" account number. A listing of charges posted to the "From" account that will be billed on an alternate account displays. Information on the screen includes the service (charge) code and date fan "From" and "To" account numbers.

Press Enter or click OK to complete the function.
