Force Assign
You use the Force Assign Tracking function to change the tracking assignment of a specific worklist entry from one worklist to a different worklist. Reassignment of worklists can be monitored through PIMS productivity reports such as the Third Party Follow-Up Supervisor Worklist Report, the Guarantor Follow-Up Supervisor Worklist Report and the Patient Tracking Supervisor Worklist Report . Force Assignment can also cause a claim, guarantor balance or patient tracking record to be worklisted immediately as opposed to at a later date.
Access to the Force Assign Tracking function must be made through the following functions: Claims Worklist, View Claim Tracking By Account, Guarantor Worklist, View Guarantor Worklist, View Guarantor Tracking, View Patient Tracking Worklist, View Patient Tracking-Account, and View Tracking by Supervisor.
