View Account Tracking by Account ID

You use View Account Tracking by Account ID to view accounts that are tracking for account tracking.  By entering the account number, you can see when the account was last updated for activity and when the followup date and if it is on a worklist, find out which worklist it has been assigned to.  It is a quick way to find the tracked account without going to the account worklist.

 

To View Account Tracking by Account ID

 

  1. Select View Account Tracking by Account ID from the Account menu
  2. Enter the account ID
  3. Press OK to dispaly the account tracking record.
