Identify Patient by Alternate ID

You use the ID Patient by Alternate ID function to search for a patient using the alternate Patient ID and the alternate entity.
To ID patient by alternate patient ID:
- Select ID Patient by Alternate ID from the Patient menu.
- Enter the alternate patient ID and the alternate entity.
- Press Enter or click OK. The patient detail screen is presented, check that the information is correct and continue.
