Delete Alternate Patient ID

You use the Delete Alternate Patient ID function to delete alternate patient ID's.
To delete a patient's alternate patient ID:
- Select Delete Alternate Patient ID from the Patient menu.
- Select the patient for whom you want to delete an alternate patient ID. After you select a patient, the screen lists the alternate patient IDs for the selected patient.
- Select the alternate patient ID and press Enter or click OK.
- The screen presents the alternate patient ID screen. Check that the information is correct and press Enter or click OK to delete the alternate patient ID.
