Account Activity

The Account Activity is used to issue an activity for any given account when you do not want to interrupt tracking and you want to print a letter regarding the account. The letter code is attached to the activity to be printed online or on demand.  The activity is contructed as any other activity with note description and additional notes for viewing.

 

To add Account Activity

 

  1. Select Account Activity from the Guarantor menu
  2. Enter the account ID that you wish to enter an activity
  3. Press OK.
  4. Select or enter the activity, press OK
  5. Note there is a letter attachment - letters will print.
  6. Press OK to complete the function.
