View Resource Availability
The View Resource Availability function displays the scheduled and open slots for a resource for a specific day. If any of the open slots are preferenced, the preference type will appear in the open slot. This function is similar to View Resource Schedule, however this view shows both the scheduled and open slot times.
To View a Resource’s Availability:

Select View Resource Availability from the Scheduling Views menu.

Enter the resource, date, and start time for the resource you want to view. The resource’s scheduled appointments, open slots and blocked slots are listed in chronological order.

Press the Next Appointment Day button to view a resource’s appointments for the next date that there are availabilities defined.

Press Cancel to exit this function.
