View Resource Booking Days

You use the View Resource Booking Days function to see the days that a resource either has availability defined or has appointments scheduled.

Summary totals are provided showing the number of appointment slots that were originally defined and the number remaining to be scheduled.

The Defined section shows the number  of Normal, Overbooked, and a Total of appointment slots.

The Booked section shows the number of Normal, Overbooked, Force Book and a Total of scheduled appointments.

The Slots section shows the number of open appointments (slots) and a Y/N indicator if there are any blocked times as a result of a Holiday/Meeting (blocked).

To view a resource's booking days:

1. 1. Select Resource Booking Days from the Views menu.

2. Enter the start date and resource you want to view. The group defaults to your sign-on group. The resource's booking days are listed in chronological order.

3. When you finish reviewing the information, click Cancel.
