View Resource Utilization by Month

View Resource Utilization by Month displays the “defined” and “booked” slot totals for each week of the month. A monthly total for both defined and booked slots is provided.

Totals will be displayed for each week of the month regardless of whether an availability calendar has been defined. Weeks of the month, which have no availability defined will have zero’s in the total columns.

To View Resource Utilization by Month:

1. Select View Resource Utilization from the Scheduling Views menu.

2. The screen presented displays a month’s totals with blank detail.

3. The current month is defaulted in the month field. Enter the resource and month you want to view. You can change the group if necessary.

4. Click on the Refresh button to display weekly totals.

5. Click OK to complete the function.
