View Resource Weekly
View Resource Weekly is a graphical presentation of a resource’s daily availability and scheduled appointments shown for a week at a time. The graphical display presents each days slot status such as colors for unbooked, blocked, booked and force booked.

| Dark Green | Normal slot, unbooked |
| Light Green | Preferenced, unbooked |
| Black | Blocked |
| Light Blue | Partial booked slots |
| Dark Blue | Fully booked |
| Red | Force Booked |
| White | No availability has been defined |
To View Resource Weekly:

Select View Resource Weekly from the Scheduling Views menu.

Enter the resource and group you wish to view. Press OK.

To view detail for each slot, focus on the slot and click the right mouse. Unbooked appointment slots display the type of slot and booked slots provide the name and appointment order. If Location Scheduling is being utilized, then the location and appointment order are displayed.

To view another day or change any of the sort information at the top of the screen, , you must click on the Refresh button to refresh the display of information.

Click OK to complete the function.
