View Group Resource
View Group Resource is a graphical presentation of a scheduling group’s resource’s daily availability and scheduled appointments. The resources of the group are in alphabetical order with a column of scheduling information for each resource belonging to that group. A group can have many types of resources, entering the type to present one type of resource is a better way of viewing the group’s resource availability.

To View Group Resource:

Select View Group Resource from the Scheduling Views menu.

The screen displays the current day’s activity for each resource for the scheduling group.

Enter the resource type and subtype. Press the Refresh button.

To view detail for each slot, focus on the slot and click the right mouse. Unbooked appointment slots display the type of slot and booked slots are disabled because of patient privacy mandates. However, the color slot is appropriate as stated above.

To view more than the first six resource’s for the group, use the right arrow key to view additional resources. To return back to the previous resource, use the left arrow key.

To view another day or change any of the sort information at the top of the screen, date, slot type and type, you must click on the Refresh button to refresh the display of information.

Click OK to complete the function.
