If you have special cases where charges need to be moved automatically for the stay or for a portion of the stay, PiMS provides for alternate billing of any two accounts. Alternate billing can be specified for the entire stay or for partial stay. All posted charges, as well as charges posted after establishing the alternate billing, that fall within the alternate billing dates will be moved to the alternate account for billing.
In addition, PiMS provides the functions to transfer all charges or specific charges to another account.
