Notes for the patient, guarantor, visit and account are added each time a system or user activity is performed. This is the beginning of the online historical record of all transactions. This paperless feature provides a complete view of all activity for the patient, guarantor, visit or account. The description of the note and the date and the user ID is included in the view and print of each of these notes. Notes are written automatically from a system activity or added by the user using a free text option.

Patient notes include information for all accounts and visits for a specific patient, while visit and account notes include information about each encounter. Account and guarantor notes include each encounter's financial activity.

Patient notes record historical events such as all account numbers with date and time they were added, changed patient names, deleted visits and accounts and many additional activities.
