This paperless feature provides a complete view of all activity for the patient, guarantor, visit or account. The description of the note and the date and the user ID is included in the view and print of each of these notes. Notes are written automatically from a system activity or added by the user using a free text option. Patient notes include information for all accounts and visits for a specific patient, while visit and account notes include information about each encounter. Account and guarantor notes include each encounter's financial activity.
