PiMS provides a suite of reports to support your daily, monthly and yearly reporting requirements. There are several reporting options – nightly batch processing, on-demand, real time reporting and on-demand downloads.

Daily audit balancing reports, both detail and summary, account aged trial balance, guarantor aged trial balance, and third party aged trial balance are included.  There are revenue reports that can be sorted in numerous options.

Reports that were generated from daily processing can be viewed online or printed as they are processed. These batch reports can be saved for viewing or printing over time based on profile criteria for activating a report, processing day, and number of versions to save online. It is not necessary to print the report to have it accessible over time.

Real Time Reports can be accessed via the web for those staff members that have been granted rights to the reports. These reports provide search criteria for an aged trial balance or revenue. Real Time aged trial balance reports can be selected by a specific dollar amount range and financial class and aging period or all categories. All revenue reporting by charges, adjustments, or payments can be selected by financial class, payer class, general ledger, account category, and revenue center depending on the category.

If you have multiple entities and A/R requirements, each set of reports are sorted by the entity so that they are all grouped together as a set.
