PiMS Pharmacy is supported by the Prescription Log and the Controlled Substances Prescription Log printouts. The Prescription Log prints a list of dispensed prescriptions for a specific date range. The report provides the patient name, RX number, label name, NDC, dispensed quantity, dispensed units, type and prescriber are listed. There are totals for the number of new, refills and deleted prescriptions to provide a complete workload for the date range entered.

The Controlled Substance Log prints a list of the prescriptions filled for controlled substances. The report includes dispense date, the RX number, the DEA code, patient name, label name and dispensed units, and prescriber for the date range that was selected.

The Service Master Report prints all items that fall within the ranges selected by the sort criteria. The options are by Generic name, Brand, Label, NDC, Service Code and Item number. This report allows you to report large amounts of data, and depending on the amount being queried, it is advisable that the report is executed form a non-essential PC.
