Welcome to PiMS Scheduling, an easy-to-use scheduler for a hospital or clinic. PiMS Scheduling increases the productivity and efficiency of clinic staff members by automating scheduling. PiMS Scheduling makes it easier to coordinate schedules for doctors, patients, equipment, and clinic rooms.

Before you begin using PiMS Scheduling, the normally available appointment slots for your clinic’s resources (doctors, equipment, and rooms, etc.) are set up. As appointments are scheduled, PiMS Scheduling keeps track of the scheduled and available appointment slots for each resource. When a patient requests an appointment, you specify the type of appointment the patient needs. Then, PiMS Scheduling finds a convenient and available appointment slot.
