Supervisor Employee Lists

The Supervisor Employee List profile allows the supervisor to view other worklists or employee worklists. In addition, it can be used to temporarily assign an worklist or employee's worklist to anothers. This feature can be   used when a emloyee with worklists is on vacation.

  • Identify your supervisors
  • Identify which employees/worklist are managed by the supervisor

Add Supervisor Employee List

  1. Select Supervisor Employee List  from the File menu.
  2. Select Add Supervisor Employee List
  3. The add supervisor employee list screen displays. Enter the Supervisor Sign-on ID.
  4. Tab to the "Worklist User ID" and enter the worklist ID or employee's sign-on ID.
  5. Press enter or click OK.
  6. The worklist/employee name screen displays. Review that you have the correct worklist/employee.
  7. Press or select OK a second time to add the Supervisor Worklist entry.

    Add, Update, View, and Delete Supervisor Employee Lists

    Once you have added the Supervisor Employee List entry, you can use the additional Supervisor Employee List functions to update, view and delete.
