Scheduling Groups
The Scheduling Group profile is used to organize PiMS Scheduling profiles. This allows a collection of profiles to be considered the property of a specific set of individuals. An unlimited number of groups can be set up and the owners can separately maintain the corresponding profiles belonging to the group. PiMS Scheduling Resources belong to a specific group. For example, each specialty clinic can be a group. Each clinic would have privileges and rights to their own set of profiles. The scheduling group concept not only provides control for profile access, it also controls access and authority to schedule and book appointments in the resource profiles.
