Pools
The pool profile groups similar resources together and allows you to schedule the first available resource within the pool. Examples of pool profiles include nurses, residents, female physicians, etc., any like resources can be added to a pool profile to be included in an order. A pool can be defined to return the first available resource in the pool or the resource that is least booked.
